Dr. Hassan Eliwa, PhD is a senior planning and project controls engineer with 17+ years of international experience across construction, infrastructure, power generation and substations. He holds a PhD from Massey University (New Zealand) on ICT capability development in construction organisations, with research interests in schedule risk, forensic delay analysis, EVM forecasting and digital transformation. He is the founder of PMMilestone.org and architect of the Elite Project Controls System, and the author of practitioner-focused books in project controls and Primavera P6 scheduling. He is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
